Yüce-Er Kalıp is the biggest moulding room of the Middle East, Balkans and Turkey carrying out EPS and EPP mould production. The company provides service to domestic and overseas in packaging, white goods, automotive and presentation mould with its wide and comprehensive operation field, technological machinery, detailed and functional operation equipment and experienced personnel.

Founded in 1991 at Istanbul by producing EPS mould , Yüce-Er Kalıp has always developed itself, followed the changes in the world closely and meets the requirements in its field. The company pioneers EPS and EPP product portfolio with new ideas and their implementation.

Yüce-Er Kalıp is comprised of 1 head office and 2 branch offices. The head office is located in Istanbul, while the branch offices are located in Istanbul / Silivri and Manisa in order to provide faster service to the customers. Approximately 70% of Turkey’s mould need is covered by our company. The mould production of all EPS and EPP products used in packaging and manufacturing of white goods and automotive products is carried out by Yüce-Er Kalıp.

The mould are produced with 12 High-Speed Processing Center 3- and 4-Axial CNC machines, various equipments and an experienced staff of 52 people and exported to Saudi Arabia, Syria, Turkmenistan, Russia, Romania, France, Germany and Taiwan.


For the orders received, first a hand-made sample is prepared and after the approval, the detailed drawings are prepared and the mould are created in 3- and 4-Axial CNC machines by using the highest quality and most suitable alloy aluminum in our High-Speed Processing Centers. Then, the mould are refined and finalized manually and the samples are delivered to the customer. The inner surface of the confirmed mould are coated with fireproof and non-adhesive material, packaged in the safest manner and delivered to the customer with the best transportation method. When required, any kind of mould revision and the reparation of the mould worn out by time are carried out by our company.
